We aim to personalise and deliver items that are in stock within 7 days.Items that are out of stock are replenished monthly. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will contact you via email to provide an estimated delivery date.

FCKL squad numbers are automatically assigned to players when they join a team. If you already have a number and are ordering extra or new kits, please add your existing squad number in the order comments at checkout. We will confirm this number with your child's coach before printing.

All non-personalised apparel and merchandise (ie apparel with no additional name or number printing), can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange or refund personalised items that have a custom printed name or number. If there is a fault with your item please contact us using the chat icon at the bottom of this page and we’ll work with you to rectify any issues.
